Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson ES-175 shows moderate cosmetic wear and aging, with checking and assorted small chips throughout the glossy finish. The body has many black touchups, along with areas of black overspray, and these are most concentrated around the heel and the sides of the body. The neck has been refinished and has checking as well. There appear to be repaired cracks in the heel concealed by the black lacquer, which may have been the result of a break or a neck reset resulting in damage.
