Body Details: Thin hollow body with laminated maple back, sides, and top. The pickup routes were expanded to fit humbucker pickups. The bridge has been moved about 1/8″ back to allow the guitar to intonate; the original holes were filled with maple and are hidden by the bridge thumbwheels. There is also an open hole on the treble horn from a previously installed master volume.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has aged nicely; the finish is semi-glossy with consistent vertical checking throughout the front and back of the body. The body has light scratches, and mild buckle rash on the back. There is an open hole on the treble horn from a previously installed master volume, and there are two open screw holes on either side of each pickup from the original dogear P90s. The back of the neck has light dings and mild finish checking, along with some scratches around the headstock transition. The headstock face has moderate cosmetic wear, with a few areas of chipping/finish wear.
Serial Number: 61033
Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the guitar is currently set up with 10s. The frets are wide and medium height with light wear. The serial number and appointments date the guitar to 1962.
