Cosmetic Condition: This vintage SJ is in good cosmetic condition with heavy play wear throughout. The top of the body has a crack repair under the pickguard. In addition, at some point, the original bridge was removed and a larger bridge was installed. That bridge has since been removed and an appropriate SJ bridge has been installed. On the sides of the body, there are multiple medium sized cracks that have been repaired and the finish touched up around them. The back of the body displays one crack repair along the binding on the bass side. On the back of the neck, there is a crack repair from the volute to roughly the fifth fret. This crack occurred in the middle piece of the three-piece neck and was over-sprayed. There is a hole on the side of the body where an output jack was previously located.

Tech Notes: This SJ-200 plays well with low action. The non-original frets are tall and show moderate wear. It is being dated to 1974 based on the serial number and the three-piece maple neck.
