No slapping together any old fuzz, and cranking out one after another. Fuzz is simple, but GREAT fuzz takes time.
The Irkalla can be a dime-it-and go pedal, or take your time and dial in your perfect melt-down via the high-pass and low-pass filters. High fidelity, low fidelity, no fidelity, it can take your tone wherever you want to go. A low noise floor and wide gain range also let’s you dial things way back, for a warm drive to push your tube amp just right.
The Irkalla has also been designed to have the elusive combination of dynamics via the guitar’s volume and tone knobs, yet no sensitivity to buffered pedals before or after it. Stick it wherever you want in the chain, and it’ll be just fine.
